- □ Further Information：There are no dangerous points. Some point has narrow paths, but no worries because this mountain is never crowded with climbers. Overall, it is easy to walk and climb.
Approach to Starting Point
- □ Transportation：Car
- □ Time to Starting Point：About three and half hours one way by car.
- □ Further Information：The parking lot around Mizugaki Sanso is usually crowded with climbers for Mt. Kinpu climbers especially on weekends. When I got there at 8:00, it was almost full.

My Impressions
This mountain is designated as one of the famous 100 mountains in Japan. It is also famous for its rocks formations. I’d never seen before these kinds of huge rocks with such weird shapes. If you like rock formations, this mountain would be a good choice.
Many rocks have been cracked, so I suppose these were thrown off from elsewhere by erupting volcanos. Although there are definitely plenty of rocks, it might not be so hard to climb. And it doesn't require special equipment like rock climbing equipment.

Can you imagine how big it is?
This is one part of big rock.
I felt a human is really small in front of nature.
That's the biggest rock on this mountain. The summit is around the top.
The rocks are interruptting my climb.
But, the summit is not so far. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the view from the summit because of dense fog.
Instead of wide views, you can just see these rocks...But, it is not bad because we rarely see rocks like this.
Gradually the clouds broke up.
It was the best view from this climb.
Some people climb this rock using the small gap.
Let's go home!
